Yes. The source code and the accounts are yours, in your name, from the start. You are not renting access to your own system, and you are not locked into VX-N to keep it running. This matters more than it sounds. A common arrangement in this market is that the builder holds the hosting, the domain, the API keys, and the repository, which converts a one-time build into permanent leverage over the client. Leaving becomes a rebuild. Ask any prospective partner the same question in writing before you sign. The answer tells you what kind of relationship you are actually entering.
