Do I own the code and the accounts?

Yes. The source code and the accounts are yours, in your name, from the start. You are not renting access to your own system, and you are not locked into VX-N to keep it running.

This matters more than it sounds. A common arrangement in this market is that the builder holds the hosting, the domain, the API keys, and the repository, which converts a one-time build into permanent leverage over the client. Leaving becomes a rebuild.

Ask any prospective partner the same question in writing before you sign. The answer tells you what kind of relationship you are actually entering.
