How do I start?

Book a call. The call costs you nothing, the 24-hour plan costs you nothing, and there is no obligation after either. If we're not the right people to build what you need, we will tell you on the call.

No preparation is required beyond knowing your own operation. You do not need requirements, a spec, or the right vocabulary — describing where the time goes and what keeps going wrong is the correct input, and turning that into a technical scope is our job, not yours. The call is a working conversation with the person who would actually build, not a sales screen with someone reading from a script.

Within 24 hours of the call you receive the first deliverable: a written plan, a mock, or a working demo, whichever the problem calls for. It is specific enough to act on — what to keep, what to cut, what to build, in what order — and it is yours regardless of what happens next. You can execute it with us, take it to another builder, or do the small version yourself. A plan that only works if you hire its author is a pitch, not a plan.

The sequence is built so that every commitment is preceded by evidence. First you see how we think, at no cost. Then, if there is a build worth doing, it is scoped and priced against the written plan — and delivery runs in days or weeks, because building with AI at every stage moves roughly ten times faster than the pre-AI norm. At no point are you asked to trust a promise you have not already seen a sample of.

And if the honest answer on the call is that you should not hire us — too early, better served by an off-the-shelf product, or a problem outside what we do well — that is what you will hear, on the call, before any plan is written. Being told not to spend money is the cheapest advice you will get this year, and it is the foundation the rest of this site stands on.
